Field Service IT Support:
FTC of one year initially.
Responsibilities include:
- Workstation services (e.g., desktops, monitors, printers, laptops):
- Breakfix and troubleshooting hardware issues
- Create, test, and develop current workstation images
- Configure new laptops/workstations as assigned
- Provide onsite PC repair, virus and spyware remediation, maintenance, data recovery, networking, and upgrades
- Perform Windows upgrades via SCCM and OS/application deployment
- Troubleshoot Windows, Office products, printers, and fax support
- Manage server and network communications, protocols, security, and network management
- Diagnose DNS/DHCP/VPN issues and end-user network problems
- Coordinate with vendors and managed services for system maintenance and deployment
- Support Active Directory, Group Policy, and hardware configuration
- Install and configure printers and conference room facilities
- Manage hardware lifecycle and spares
- Ensure security compliance and document resolutions in Knowledge Management system
- Act as escalation point for help desk and network issues
- Administer Enterprise Mobility Management (Airwatch, Intune, Azure)
- Maintain ServiceNow ticket queue, resolve Level 1-2 support issues, escalate as needed
- Knowledge of Software Center and Okta usage
