Your Job
What This Role Looks Like.

• Pursuing a long-term SAP UX journey and establishing the SAP UX mindset
• Proactively identifying innovative potential in terms of process optimisation
• Conducting end-to-end user research (e. g. selecting user groups, research methods, leveraging existing ALDI standards and tools) to understand user needs and communicating the findings back to the product team and relevant stakeholders or users
• Holding the product team (incl. external partners) accountable for focusing on intuitive design and leveraging existing design guidelines during product development and testing
• Promoting a user-centric delivery approach
• Providing consultation for UX-related ALDI projects and products
• Evaluating customer requirements, as well as organising and participating in design thinking workshops
• Contributing to the optimisation of the user experience by creating wireframes, user journeys and prototypes
• Creating unique user experiences and interactions for our SAP software portfolio based on the user-centric design approach using a global design system and design collaboration tools
• Ensuring UX compliance and quality in line with general UI and UX guidelines and helping to update these guidelines
• Planning and implementing user experience metrics
• Developing digital products and services from the initial idea and prototyping to gathering feedback in the productive environment
• Creating a clear design vision for the product, deriving principles and guidelines to be used by the product team during product development and testing activities

Your Profile
What You Bring With You.

• Analytical, user-centric mindset coupled with the ability to conduct research and utilise user insights for design that conforms with the brand
• Practical experience in graphic design and UI/UX design for digital products
• Preferably professional work experience in the area of SAP consulting
• Understanding of and ability to apply SAP Fiori design guidelines to business software, as well as knowledge of standard Fiori apps and extension options
• Interest and willingness to gain deeper knowledge in the area of UX and human-centred development
• Experience applying industry-relevant design language, preferably SAP Fiori
• Extensive experience with graphic design and prototyping software tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma), web and mobile technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS) and visual design basics (e.g. typography, layout)
• Good communication skills and ability to present complex issues in a simple manner
• Service-oriented and solution-oriented working style and ability to grasp new concepts quickly using an analytical and methodical approach
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, as well as good social competence
