Global Innovation Senior Health and Safety Leader (m/f/d)

**Do you want to be part of the Global Innovation HSE team, working with Engineering and R &D; partners to find creative, cost-effective, and risk-based solutions to ensure the safety of equipment and processes? **

YOUR ROLE

As part of the Global Innovation Health Safety Environmental (HSE) team, you will work with both engineering and R&D; teams to ensure all new equipment and machinery are delivered ‘HSE-ready’ i.e., meets all legal and P&G; health, personnel safety, process safety and machine safety as well as environmental requirements.

• You will work globally, across multiple business units, regions, functions, and with internal and external resources.

• You will be the single point of contact for engineering teams in all questions related to HSE

• You will influence and collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve technical challenges to find safe, legally compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

• You will conduct and coach engineering teams on various risk assessment activities, including overall risk assessments (ORAs), Machine Risk Assessments (MRAs), Change Management

• You will be part of a global team of technology masters in all areas of HSE. You will support the HSE community of practise with your expertise in numerous HSE areas.

• You will become one of the global P&G; trainers for HSE and ensure knowledge transfer across P&G; via online and face to face events.
