Your Tasks

• Strategic Project Participation: Engage in strategic projects that prepare NIVEA Marketing for future challenges and opportunities.
• Executive Presentations: Create visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate key messages, ensuring creativity and branding consistency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with diverse NIVEA teams and cross-functional colleagues to foster collaboration and drive results.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with above-average academic performance or in a gap year.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, and business analytics skills.
• You are full of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm; a strong team player with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
