Your responsibilities
- You take ownership by supporting the client in realizing IT projects from creating a vision to the go-live.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse client stakeholders.
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering presentations or reports to senior management.
- Ability to translate complex technical details into clear requirements for the engineering team.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identifying, solving and prioritizing business and technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver on-time in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and German.
Skills and experience
- 3 to 5 years in IT-Consulting, IT Project Management or Management Consulting.
- Experience working in clients across industries (e.g., finance, insurance, healthcare, retail).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Nice to have: A degree in Business Informatics, IT, Mathematics or software-related university degrees.
