Intro We are looking for an Automotive Consultant Engineer to join our team in Stuttgart or the southern region of Germany. Tasks Solution expert for automotive consulting services in the domain of SDV and automotive engineering processes (IVI, AUTOSAR, ADAS, Powertrain, Connected Vehicle, Cockpit System, Mechanical) Gather/capture business requirements from the customer and prepare a well-structured solution response Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a solution meets client needs Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales and delivery team Contribute and steer rest of engineering organization on Proof of Concept (PoC) development Requirements 10 years of experience with automotive software and system architecture for production-oriented programs within domains of AD/ADAS, Infotainment, SDV, Connectivity and ECU Platform Experience in interacting with OEM customers with understanding of current automotive product engineering process and relevant stakeholder landscape, ideally within sales, product management or business development context Highly experienced in at least one of the following areas: Systems Engineering, Safety, Security, High Performance Computing, Edge AI, Automotive Software Architecture Understanding of applicable automotive technical processes for safety, security and automotive SPICE Understanding of technical architecture on E/E, Component and different Subsystems level Knowledge of SoC-based ECU architecture used for latest product line solutions Ability of applying MBSE on different areas of product engineering (nice to have) Strong communication skills combined with a well-structured reasoning and presentation capability Fluency in English and German language Enthusiasm for learning and being mentored Benefits Attractive offer package A professional workplace in modern offices with flexible working hours and a hybrid work model A pleasant and flat hierarchy working environment with experienced teams Diverse career opportunities through a comprehensive range of training and further education Educational leave (5 days) is expressly supported Company – sponsored pension scheme 30 days of vacation Annual bonus payment Diverse company events
