Executive Producer 3D CGI (team x - Germany)

You will play an integral role in delivering 3D CGI work for one of the most well recognized automotive brands in the world. You have a solid track record in both traditional and digital production, and you thrive on knowing every detail of the trees while still being able to see the entire forest. You are equal parts Producer, Project Manager, Account Manager and Innovation Afficionado. You will collaborate with agency partners and clients to understand client business objectives and deliver strategic, 3D CGI focused solutions, ensuring the highest quality of service standards are applied and the highest quality of work is delivered – always with a lens on the future. Bring a professional and structured approach to 3D CGI solutions that reflects the values, level of service, and full capabilities of 3D CGI and innovative technologies. Collaborate across internal disciplines and with agency partners and clients and bring 3D CGI and content scaling subject matter expertise to every table. Build internal teams and grow and mentor Product Managers and Product Leads. Lead the client’s 3D CGI program ($5M+) and deploy and manage a team consisting of Product Managers from Coordinator through to Lead. Build a structured onboarding and training program developed specifically for client’s 3D CGI business needs to support emerging talent in building their skillsets. Foster a positive and supportive environment within the client delivery team and within the agency’s larger 3D CGI ecosystem. Lead client and interagency communications across multiple time-zones and regions. An industry vet with at least 8+ years of production management experience.
