Are you a passionate IT professional with a strong background in monitoring and ITSM? We are seeking a talented Senior System Engineer to join our team and help us build a robust and efficient monitoring infrastructure.

About the Role:

As a Senior System Engineer, you will:

• Build and maintain monitoring disciplines for cloud, applications, services, and IoT/OT devices.
• Implement business and customer requirements in our monitoring and ITSM platforms.
• Optimize our IaaS-based monitoring platform.
• Create templates for devices and applications.
• Manage alarm engineering for your specialized areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Several years of experience in IT monitoring and ITSM.
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix and SMAX/UCMDB preferred).
• Experience with cloud and container technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• ITIL certification (preferred).

Pay: CHF130’000.00 – CHF140’000.00 per year
