We are looking for a visionary Co-Founder, Investor, and Board Member to join our leadership team and help drive our next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of global healthcare as we scale operations in the UAE and expand into Germany, Canada, and the United States .

What We\’re Building:

At Zymedics, we\’re creating a globally integrated platform for personalized medicine—uniting diagnostics, data, clinical expertise, and technology into a seamless, patient-first healthcare ecosystem. Our goal is to redefine how care is delivered, starting with chronic diseases and expanding into full-spectrum precision health.

Your Role:

• Co-Lead Strategy & Vision : Collaborate with the executive team on business strategy, innovation, and long-term vision.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations : Spearhead funding efforts, pitch to investors, secure capital, and manage relationships.
• Board Leadership : Contribute as an active Board Member, offering governance, oversight, and strategic input.
• Drive Global Expansion : Lead market entry and operational scaling in the UAE and target regions—Germany, Canada, and the US.
• Build Strategic Alliances : Establish and grow partnerships with healthcare providers, institutions, and ecosystem players.
• Oversee Product Deployment : Guide the development and implementation of AI-powered diagnostic tools and personalized care services.
• Navigate Regulatory Landscapes : Help the company scale while staying compliant with international healthcare regulations and reimbursement systems.
• Champion Our Mission : Ensure every step aligns with our goal to make personalized, patient-centric healthcare accessible worldwide.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development or leadership roles in healthcare, especially in startups.
• Proven experience in raising funds and engaging with venture capital, angel networks, or strategic investors.
• Experience scaling early-stage startups and contributing at the Board level.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems; exposure to North American or European healthcare markets is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for personalized medicine and tech-driven healthcare.
• Ability to contribute financially and drive business growth.
• Commitment to building Zymedics into a global healthcare leader.

Important : This is an equity-based opportunity . Compensation will be primarily in the form of ownership in Zymedics Health, offering an unparalleled opportunity to drive global impact while participating in the company’s long-term success.
