(Senior) Business/Technical Consultant (f/m/d) –Microsoft Dynamics 365/ PO

Overview of the position:

We are currently seeking Senior Consultants for both technical and functional roles in D365 CE.

Since we primarily operate remotely, we welcome applications from individuals located outside of Germany as well.

Your tasks:

• Consulting and process optimization for the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
• Analysis of customer needs, development of solution proposals and their realization
• Implementation and training
• Support of the sales department in the presales phase
• Customer project implementation (system customizing, Power Platform, Azure)
• Definition, modelling and optimization of processes
• System and data migrations

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, (economic) engineering, (economic) informatics or a comparable course of study or comparable professional experience
• Work experience as Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM / Project Operations Consultant
• Extensive experience with Dynamics-365 processes, knowledge in customizing Dynamics 365 solutions and Project Operations module
• Readiness to travel
• Professional appearance with strong customer orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
