SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC) Permanent – REMOTE

About the Client

Must-Have Skills

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) for communication with clients.
• 3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (SF), especially Employee Central (EC) Time Management and core HR processes.
• Experience in 2-3 full-cycle implementations of SAP SF solutions.

Nice-to-Have

• 1-2 years of experience with EC Time Management.
• SAP SF Certification (e.g., Employee Central).
• Experience with other SAP HR modules (e.g., Payroll, LMS).
