Le dĂ©partement « Corporate Services – Document Management » reprĂ©sente le cĹ“ur nĂ©vralgique de la gestion documentaire de la Banque, orchestrant un processus complexe de gestion des document physiques stratĂ©giques. Le service Printshop agit comme un atelier de crĂ©ation, gĂ©nĂ©rant l\’ensemble des documents officiels de l\’Ă©tablissement, des relevĂ©s bancaires aux supports des campagnes de publicitĂ©, en passant par les invitations Clients et les publications internes comme externes. La mĂ©ticulositĂ© du travail garantit une traçabilitĂ© et une qualitĂ© d\’impression irrĂ©prochables. Les outils utilisĂ©s garantissent le suivi continu de toute page imprimĂ©e, ceci permettant un taux d’erreur tendant vers le zĂ©ro. En parallèle, l\’Ă©quipe d\’Archivage veille sur la mĂ©moire documentaire de la banque, conservant et classant chaque document selon des procĂ©dures rĂ©glementaires strictes. Installation, paramĂ©trage et supervision des outils dĂ©veloppĂ©s en interne pour le tracking des plis et du closed loop. Evolution technique des outils informatiques utilisĂ©s dans les 3 services du dĂ©partement de Gestion Documentaire Contacts avec les fournisseurs externes (imprimantes, machines de mise sous plis, scanners de production) ; Analyse et recherche des causes de cas « problĂ©matiques » (retards, non distribution) touchant le courrier sortant Collaborer sur des projets d\’amĂ©lioration continue en intĂ©grant des solutions numĂ©riques. VOTRE PROFIL : Formation acadĂ©mique niveau Bachelor en Administration, Logistique et/ou Informatique. CompĂ©tences avancĂ©es en Windows, Excel (y compris les fonctions avancĂ©es), et les outils Office. MaĂ®trise native du français et un bon niveau d\’anglais pour les interactions techniques.
