Job Description:

• Develop and execute the Business Unit’s commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with Division and Group objectives.
• Lead cross-functional team collaboration to identify and prioritize growth opportunities with existing and new customers in key market segments.
• Establish and drive regional commercial strategies , ensuring high-performing teams meet ambitious sales growth targets.
• Oversee the development of new customer applications and technology innovations to expand the business.
• Manage customer project portfolio , ensuring engineering excellence and maximized margin potential.
• Drive customer segmentation, business intelligence, and strategic marketing to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Inspire, lead, and develop high-performing commercial project teams , fostering a culture of continuous improvement .
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI and profitability.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience , preferably in the plastics parts and components manufacturing industry .
• Proven track record in leading international teams and driving business growth .
• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to navigate complex relationships.
• Very good presentation and communication skills.
• Intercultural experience in matrix environment with a trustworthy, empathetic, and equal focused people and performance leadership style.
