Senior Installation Supervisor

Responsibilities
You ensure personnel assigned are fully acquainted with site specific rules, safety regulations, and environmental protection measures, and that they perform their work accordingly, as well as perform installation according to the specifications and engineering documents, taking into account safety instructions, environmental protection measures and local regulations.
You monitor progress of construction against the program, and take steps to ensure the program is achieved, initiating mitigation/preventive actions to achieve the target program promptly with the support of the Site Manager or Project Manager.
You conduct or attend daily and weekly meetings with Bühler staff and subcontractors, ensuring that the Site Manager and the Project Manager receive regular updates, and promote correct behaviour and good teamwork within the installation and commissioning team in accordance with company policy and local requirements/regulations.
You ensure proper reporting while identifying, documenting, and communicating any deviations from the customer contract, and maintain an intensive customer relationship and high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Engineering degree and at least 10 years of experience as Chief Installation Supervisor or proof of sufficient skills.
Technical and commercial knowledge covering multiple disciplines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company.
Strong planning, organising and priority‑setting skills, with a proven ability to manage teams.
Strong customer focus, sound judgment, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
