ServiceNow - Senior Project Manager (m / w / d)

To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Project Manager with fluent German language skills.

Location : Germany

Job responsibilities :

• Ability to manage multiple ServiceNow projects within Germany and abroad
• Oversees the timely execution and completion of small to medium size projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, managing administrative aspects
• Responsible for status exchange with customers and team members
• Perform resource planning, follow-up on open items, and track issues and risks

Qualification and Project Management skills :

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant ServiceNow project management experience (project leadership, all phase lifecycles)
• Knowledge of software tools for project management
• Any project management certification is a plus

Other skills :

• Superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Autonomous, multi-tasking, and flexible
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts
• Language: Fluent German and English skills – verbal and written
• Decision maker, enthusiastic, with a “can do” attitude, and a team player
