Responsibilities
- Execution of production orders with regard to personnel, tools, machines, and materials
- Implementation, optimization, and control of product flow through to shipment
- Preparation of vacation and shift schedules, taking into account machine capacity plans and component availability
- Implementation and compliance with legal regulations and internal standards, particularly in occupational safety and quality
- Determination and responsibility for key performance indicators such as productivity, scrap rate, and delivery performance
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training; alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience
- Strong sense of responsibility, customer and goal orientation, high level of commitment, and team spirit
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Confident and friendly demeanor, as well as strong and convincing communication skills in German
- Strong organizational skills
