IT Controller (f/m/d) - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Drive reporting processes: take ownership of the monthly closing, forecasting, and planning processes for the Group Function IT, Digitalization & Process Management and continuously enhance and optimise these processes.
• Provide financial guidance: act as the key contact for financial matters, supporting the Group Function with in‑depth analyses, actionable recommendations, and meaningful management presentations.
• Create transparency: analyse monthly cost and headcount developments within the Group Function and across IT costs in the global business units, and prepare and present insights tailored to management audiences.
• Shape controlling processes: challenge existing processes, contribute innovative ideas, and actively drive the further development and digital enhancement of the IT controlling landscape.
• Coordinate global allocations: manage global intercompany cost allocations, working closely with Tax and the global Finance community to ensure smooth and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Education: degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Professional experience: relevant experience in Controlling, ideally within an IT‑related environment.
• Technical expertise: proficient in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP BI or comparable reporting and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Working style: structured, solution‑oriented, reliable, with strong attention to detail.
• Soft skills: high level of initiative, strong team orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Languages: fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
