We’re now looking for a Business Line Manager for our Division Parts and Services in Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions to take responsibility for our Northern Europe\’s sales area. About your job

In this position, you ensure environment, health and safety (EHS) performance while driving sustainability and profitable sales of parts and services within our organization by developing and implementing key account plans and strategies. You lead sales management, including performance management and development of territory parts and services sales teams and give feedback to the Division on gaps in offering, performance, and quality. With an understanding of customer business, operations, and processes, you conduct competitor analysis and identify actions needed to develop sales opportunities. You proactively drive improvement actions with key stakeholders to secure new business, conduct sales, and grow our business to achieve set targets.

You’re a member of the Sales Area Management team where you engage and take part in discussions and decisions for other functions. You drive and build up an infrastructure for technical training of our service technicians and you make sure we have the right competence, processes, and tools for a successful business.

The location for this position is flexible within North Europe and travel is a central part of your job. We apply a hybrid work set-up where you can combine office work with work from another location.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree, combined with a few years of experience within sales management. This involves driving complex service operations, preferably from the mining and construction industry. You have experience of working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and global teams, as well as knowledge of EHS practices. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in English, both verbal and written.
