At EPFL ALCHEMY, we are focused on developing accessible chemistries and processing strategies that can enable the fabrication of a wide variety of advanced functional materials and devices. /ppWe are seeking a candidate with experience either in a) the development of (macro)monomers for the synthesis of microstructured polymers or b) the development of novel photopolymerization/photocrosslinking strategies. /ph3Main duties and responsibilities /h3ulliHave full responsibility for your own research /liliProvide mentorship on chemical synthesis and characterization /liliResearch in close collaboration with other lab members and international collaborators /liliExperiment design and execution /liliAnalyze and interpret experimental results /liliWrite scientific articles for publication in peer-reviewed journals /liliPresent at international conferences /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliA PhD degree in the fields of chemistry or polymer science.
