The Role

We are seeking a versatile Blockchain Consultant with a strong blend of sales, presales, and consulting experience. You are passionate about leveraging blockchain innovation to drive digital transformation in the financial market and deliver exceptional customer experiences. How you\’ll make an impact

• Win clients in the financial sector (Europe and Asia) to support their adoption of Digital Assets and Digital Money.
• Consult and advise these clients, understanding their business challenges and helping them define their strategies and roadmaps.
• Design blockchain-based solutions that address clients\‘ specific needs and align with their business objectives.
• Guide clients through the change management process, designing target operating models, setting up competence centers and enabling smooth adoption of blockchain technologies within their organizations.
• Conduct pre-sales activities, including conceptual work, educational workshops, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Craft compelling proposals and presentations.
• Leverage your business network to win new clients and expand our business with existing ones.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Shape the international Zühlke strategy and further growth in this space.
• Stay updated on the latest blockchain trends, market developments, regulatory developments, partner solutions and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.

What\’s important to us

• Experience in consulting, guiding clients in the financial sector through blockchain adoption, digital transformation journeys and delivering strategic roadmaps (e.g. setting up custody or tokenization services, etc.).
• Strong business network in financial services.
• Proven track record in presales and consulting roles.
• Holistic understanding of blockchain adoption in the financial sector (technical, business, regulatory aspects).
• Hands-on experience with crypto currencies and DeFi from a user’s perspective.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, articulate value propositions and close deals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Self-driven and result-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work for clients in different financial hot spots like Frankfurt, Zürich, London, Singapore and Hong Kong.
• You enjoy working in a team, are learning and success-oriented and communicate concisely in German and English.
