Als Supervisor (m/w/d) unterstützt Du den Assistent und den Store Manager und leitest die Teammitglieder im Verkauf an.
Responsibilities
- Wahrnehmen einer Vorbildrolle für die Teammitglieder im Verkauf
- Fachliche Führung des Store Teams
- Produkt- und Verkaufsschulung für die Teammitglieder
- Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien des Unternehmens
- Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
- Inventory Management
- Administrative Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft
- Teilnahme an Meetings
Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Berufs- und erste Führungserfahrung
- Ausgeprägtes Verkaufs- und Organisationstalent sowie ein souveränes und positives Auftreten
- Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für unsere LEGO Produkte
- Erfahrung mit Verkaufssystemen sowie Kenntnisse des MS-Office Pakets
- Strukturierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
