Als Brand Retail Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest Du eng mit dem Store Manager zusammen und leitest den Brand Retail Store eigenverantwortlich in dessen Abwesenheit.

Dieser Bauplan eröffnet Dir neue Gestaltungsräume und Entwicklungschancen:

1. Wahrnehmen einer Vorbildrolle für die Mitarbeitenden im Verkauf
2. Fachliche Führung des Store Teams
3. Personalrekrutierung und Personaleinsatzplanung
4. Produkt- und Verkaufsschulung für die MitarbeiterInnen
5. Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien des Unternehmens
6. Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
7. Inventory Management
8. Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen in der Zentrale
9. Administrative Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft
10. Planung und Durchführung von lokalen Events
11. Teilnahme an Meetings

Diese Bausteine bringst Du ins Spiel:

1. Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung
2. Ausgeprägtes Verkaufs- und Organisationstalent sowie ein souveränes und positives Auftreten
3. Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für unsere LEGO Produkte
4. Erfahrung mit Verkaufssystemen sowie gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office Pakets
5. Strukturierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
6. Gute bis sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
