Als Supervisor (m/w/d) mit 30 Stunden pro Woche bist Du Teil des Store Managements und leitest die Mitarbeiter im Verkauf an.
Dieser Bauplan eröffnet Dir neue Gestaltungsräume und Entwicklungschancen:
- Vorbildrolle für die Mitarbeitenden im Verkauf fachliche Führung des Store Teams
- Durchführung von Produkt- und Verkaufsschulung
- Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien des Unternehmens
- Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
- Pflege und Überwachung der Warenwirtschaft administrative Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft
- Teilnahme an Meetings

- Mehrjährige Berufs- und erste Führungserfahrung
- ausgeprägtes Verkaufs- und Organisationstalent sowie ein souveränes und positives Auftreten
- Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für unsere LEGO® Produkte
- Erfahrung mit Verkaufssystemen sowie Kenntnisse in MS-Office
- strukturierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
- gute bis sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
