Tasks

In this varied and challenging key role, you and your team will be responsible for optimizing and managing IT processes, tools and services in an international environment. You will ensure transparent communication and ensure that all employees are informed according to the need-to-know principle.

Tasks

  • You will be responsible to design, implementation, enforcement and monitoring of complex IT processes with a focus on incident, change and problem management.
  • You will take responsibility for operational process management and coordinate fast and targeted processing across the company.
  • You will work with our key accounts to provide the agreed services and ensure the quality of the services.
  • You configure and improve our service management tools.
  • You are fully responsible for organizing training courses and workshops.
  • You create documentation and reports for all hierarchy levels.

Qualifications

You have a degree or initial professional experience in IT process and service management as well as in IT service management methods (e.g. ITIL).
In addition, you are ideally characterized by the following qualities:

  • You are able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • You have an affinity for numbers and their presentation.
  • You value attention to detail and the accuracy of your reports.
  • You have an open, confident and goal-oriented communication style
  • You have experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • You enjoy creating documentation and tutorials and passing on your knowledge in workshops.

Language:Good German and English skills are a prerequisite

Location: Berlin or Karlsruhe
