Product Owner ERP (f/m/d)

Tasks

The Key User ERP is responsible for ensuring a stable and efficient operation of the ERP system. The role includes integrating business processes, coordinating technical developments, and ensuring legal compliance within the system. The Key User acts as the central interface between the Financial Shared Service and IT (Cronon) and continuously drives the system\’s development and optimization.

Optionally at the location in Berlin, Karlsruhe or Montabaur.

Tasks

• Review and further development of accounting-relevant processes.
• Collaboration in the roll-out of SAP S4/HANA, in particular with regard to the Accounts Receivable department.
• Specification, implementation and execution of software tests at various integration levels and their documentation.
• Interface between the IT specialists and financial accounting.
• Conception and implementation of digitisation solutions.
• Creation of solution concepts and their processing (error management).
• Takeover of role and authorisation management within the ERP system.
• Development and maintenance of process descriptions and training documents.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in business informatic or economics, business administration
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the areas of responsibility mentioned.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP S4/HANA and INFOR LN.
• Knowledge of role and authorisation management.
• Communicative team player with a structured and analytical way of thinking and a high level of initiative.
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
