Reporting & Analytics Specialist (f/m/d)

Join our Business Analytics team within the Finance department, where you’ll play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our Business Intelligence landscape. You will collaborate closely with internal developers and stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure the quality and effectiveness of our reporting systems.

• Develop and maintain the BI reporting landscape, working closely with internal developers.
• Gather and analyze requirements for new solutions, performance measures, and future projections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for detailed data analysis, identifying key drivers and dependencies, and defining KPIs and predictive models.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement new dashboards, reports, and enhancements to existing solutions.
• Lead quality assurance efforts for all Power BI solutions in collaboration with the team.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the reporting landscape.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
• Develop and maintain documentation, parameters, and user manuals to ensure seamless operations and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a degree in an analytical discipline (such as Data Analytics, Finance, or Business Information Systems or a comparable field) and is eager to take on an exciting challenge in a dynamic, international company. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Strong initiative, adaptability, and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges.
• An analytical and creative mindset, combined with a structured and collaborative approach to work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Hands-on experience in analyzing business data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including both data visualization and data modeling.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (experience with the MS SQL Server stack and SQL Server Analysis Services is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong English language skills.
