Your mission

As the Lead Tech Business Partner, you will be the assigned Tech counterpart for the holding/central employees at 1KOMMA5. This means that every 1KOMMA5 employee in the holding will know their Tech Business Partner by name, and have trust to include them in all technical discussions that improve their productivity. You are accountable for the holdings success.

The average day of a Lead Tech Business Partner

The role is divided into 3 key value areas:

• Workplace Technology & Service Delivery
  Own the workplace technology experience for all 1KOMMA5 employees, ensuring efficient support, strong stakeholder relationships and resolution of complex or recurring issues. Oversee L1–L3 support while delegating appropriate activities and providing guidance and accountability to the wider team.
• Workplace Technology Projects & Automation
  Lead workplace technology projects aligned with the Employee Technology Platform strategy, including device management, tool consolidation, onboarding improvements and automation. Identify opportunities to standardise processes, introduce self-service and create scalable solutions that improve employee productivity.
• Technology Consulting, Enablement & AI
  Partner with teams to solve technology needs using existing platforms first, while owning the evaluation of new applications where required. Drive adoption of AI and other productivity tools through practical guidance, enablement and identification of valuable use cases.

Your profile

• Minimum of 10+ years of proven professional experience in IT systems, systems engineering or a related field
• Experience with IT support ticketing best practices, andanalysis
• Proven ability to act as senior team member being a point of contact for escalation and incidents.
• Proven ability to work both independently, and as part of a team on Technology related projects
• Profound knowledge ofGoogle Workspace,Office 365,Mobile Device Management (e.g. JAMFandInTune) and other SaaS applications (Zoho CRM is a huge plus) surrounding employee productivity, collaboration and security
• Profound knowledge of AI tooling, specifically relating to employee productivity
• Understanding on how to utilizescriptingto build bespoke functions. Experience with web-front endHTML,CSS,AppScript,Python andCursor AI
• Understanding of the workings ofcloud infrastructureand code deployment practices and discipline is a huge plus
• Generalist knowledge ofoffice infrastructure(e.g. office WLAN, conferencing equipment)
• Comprehensive knowledge and proven disciplinary action ofdomainmanagement (e.g. DNS, domain forwarding)
• Strong people skills, beingable to persuadeand consult non-technical stakeholders on technical solutions
• Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a security focus
• Relevant IT Bachelors or Masters degree - certifications related to MTD, MAM are a plus
• German and English written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel primarily to 1KOMMA5's other holding locations (Munich & Hamburg)
