This specialist planning post concerns HLSK installations: heating, ventilation, sanitary systems and cooling or refrigeration systems. The successful applicant will develop the technical basis for these installations and help carry the work through the project stages. A strong fit will be comfortable moving between calculations, written technical documents and coordination conversations. Responsibilities
- Plan, calculate and size heating, ventilation, sanitary, cooling and refrigeration installations.
- Develop technical concepts for building-services systems in line with the project brief.
- Prepare bills of quantities and technical documentation for the relevant installations.
- Process projects through all service phases under HOAI.
- Coordinate technical matters with building owners, architects and specialist planners.
- Support tendering, award activities and construction monitoring.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, particularly DIN, VDI and DVGW requirements.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in building services engineering, technical building services or a comparable discipline.
- Alternatively, qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician in a relevant specialist field.
- For master craftsperson and technician routes: relevant professional experience and good final grades.
- Preferred: experience planning heating, ventilation, sanitary, cooling and refrigeration installations.
- Confident use of calculation and sizing software for heating-load, cooling-load and pipe-network calculations.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to work independently, methodically and with a sense of responsibility.
- Clear communication and the capacity to collaborate in a project team.
- Practical command of planning calculations and system sizing.
- Experience with tools such as liNear or mh-software for the stated calculation tasks.
- Careful approach to technical documentation, coordination and applicable rules.
