Enjoy three days off each week and the flexibility to organize your free time! The hotel features 149 rooms, a restaurant, two bars, and top conference facilities in Berlin. As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure the best possible occupancy rate by being a brand ambassador, building strong customer relationships, and increasing business volume through creative sales strategies.

How does your working day look like …

• You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels with a talent for building strong relationships and even stronger connections with our customers.
• You have the best overview of the Corporate & MICE segments and bring in fresh deals.
• You develop creative sales strategies, actively increase business volume, and have a sense for market trends and opportunities.
• You coordinate your daily routine independently, staying cool and focused even when busy.
• You organize site inspections, fam trips, client events, and calling campaigns with personal follow-ups.
• You handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously with professionalism.
• You work closely with our international sales team and the Head of Sales to align efforts with broader team goals.
