Your profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Web3 or financial services

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong understanding of blockchain, tokenization, or digital assets is a major plus

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Self-driven, strategic thinker, and a team player

• Fluent in English and German; Further Language is a plus

Tasks

• Identify and engage institutional clients interested in tokenized securities and digital assets

• Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads

• Present the platform’s value proposition

• Negotiate contracts and close deals in collaboration with legal and compliance teams

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
