Vistex Pricing & Claims Operations – Portal Lead

Role Purpose

The Vistex Pricing & Claims Operations – Portal Lead is accountable for ensuring pricing integrity, claims accuracy, and portal governance across the Vistex ecosystem. This role serves as the key link between Commercial, ISR, Pricing, IT, and Master Data teams, safeguarding revenue, minimizing financial risk, and driving operational excellence through process standardization and continuous improvement. This is not an operational delivery role; it focuses on governance, stakeholder alignment, and driving the successful adoption of the ISR process throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern Vistex pricing and claims processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor portal performance and proactively identify, prevent, and resolve pricing, rebate, and claims issues before they create financial impact.
• Ensure data integrity across customer, material, pricing, and rebate master data.
• Maintain alignment between pricing procedures, programs, and portal structures.
• Partner with IT to define, prioritize, and implement system corrections and enhancements.
• Drive process harmonization, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Develop preventive controls and risk management measures to improve pricing and claims accuracy.

Key Profile

• Strong SAP/Vistex pricing, rebate, and claims management expertise.
• Deep understanding of commercial operations, ISR processes, and ERP master data.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions .
