25hours Hotels – a fast‑growing, international hotel group – seeks a housekeeping manager to cover a parental leave position for two years.
Job Description
- Ensure that staff thoroughly clean every suite and room, providing support to colleagues as needed.
- Create and manage budgets, maintaining a business‑like overview of the housekeeping function.
- Support various hotel projects and cover for team members on leave.
- Pay close attention to detail, ensuring furnishings are placed exactly as designed.
- Maintain overall standards, handling multiple simultaneous cleaning projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Prior professional experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English for communication with international colleagues and external service providers.
- Strong passion for order, cleanliness, and guest interaction.
- Excellent organizational skills and a communicative work style.
