Job Description
We are hiring experienced Plant and Machine Operators for an opportunity in Germany within the meat processing industry. Candidates with technical or production-related vocational qualifications and hands-on experience operating industrial production or packaging machinery are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor machines and production lines in the meat processing industry.

Monitor and control ongoing production processes to ensure smooth operations.

Record and maintain relevant production data.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine malfunctions.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and hygiene requirements.

Perform quality checks and document inspection and measurement data.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of production equipment.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or production-related field.
- 2+ years of experience operating production and/or packaging equipment.
- Good technical understanding.
- Independent and responsible working approach.
- Strong quality awareness and careful compliance with operational procedures.
