Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Drill Rig Operators for construction and infrastructure projects in Germany. The ideal candidate should have experience operating construction drilling rigs for foundation, piling, anchoring, and ground drilling while ensuring safe and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate drilling rigs for construction, foundation, piling, and ground engineering projects.
  
• Perform drilling activities according to project specifications and engineering requirements.
  
• Set up, inspect, and maintain drilling rigs and related equipment.
  
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
  
• Monitor drilling performance and report technical or mechanical issues.
  
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and the drilling crew.
  
• Follow construction site safety regulations, HSE standards, and operating procedures.
  
• Maintain daily drilling logs, equipment inspection records, and maintenance reports.
  
• Ensure proper handling of drilling tools, rods, casings, and accessories.
  
• Keep the work area clean and ensure safe operation throughout the project.
  

Salary: €3,200 per month / 340000 INR Per Month

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Drill Rig Operator in construction or infrastructure projects.
  
• Completed vocational training as a Construction or Drill Rig Operator (minimum 3 years).
  
• Experience leading a drilling crew.
  
• Good knowledge of drilling operations, equipment inspection, and preventive maintenance.
  
• Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and HSE standards.
  
• Valid Driving License
