- Implementation and management of innovative entertainment dining concepts such as Le Petit Chef and The Magic Table
- Identification, validation, and engagement of suitable target companies and key contacts (national and international)
- Development and maintenance of long-term partnerships, as well as regular coordination with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Technical)
- Support in the further development of acquisition and sales strategies
- Evaluation and analysis of relevant sales metrics and market potential
- Willingness to travel for on-site project support and implementation
Your profile
- Completed degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development – ideally within the F&B or event industry
- Passion for gastronomy, entertainment, and innovative experience concepts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with enthusiasm for engaging with partners
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Excellent German and English skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel regularly (nationally and internationally)
