Working hand in hand with our Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer partners, you will leverage your technical and solution expertise to drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire pre‑sales process around the Service Now portfolio, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices.
- Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre‑Sales & Delivery, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners.
- Identify intricate business and technical requirements of customers, leveraging our capabilities to generate winning cross‑practice solutions.
- Leverage extensive technical knowledge and mastery of the practice‑specific domain to develop profitable deals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate winning responses and create optimal technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively to convey the technical benefits of Kyndryl’s capabilities, matching the unique needs of each customer.
- Build and nurture relationships around Service Now, fostering a collaborative environment where joint solutions are co‑created.
- Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proof of concepts, and prototypes to show tangible value.
- Showcase technical prowess backed by external certifications, establishing authority in your field.
- Continuously improve and demonstrate deep end‑to‑end knowledge of the domain and its subdomains.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Deep domain knowledge of services offerings and technical solutions around the Service Now portfolio.
- Proven experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions.
- Prior consultative selling experience with a proven track record.
- Externally recognized as an expert in Service Now.
- Excellent customer and presentation skills.
- Excellent German (native speaker or C2 proficiency).

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Experience selling technical services and solutions for multi‑industry customers.
