Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) France Region / Two-Year Fixed-Term Employment Contract

About the position:
As an important member of our international team, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing inquiries and overseeing the end-to-end order process independently. You will support customers throughout the France region, ensuring an excellent customer experience for both new and existing accounts. Working closely with colleagues in Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service, you will play a key role in delivering seamless service and building strong customer relationships. By maintaining close contact with your customers, you will develop valuable market insights that help drive continuous improvement and support the growth of our business.
In this role, your responsibilities will be to:
- Take ownership of a dedicated customer portfolio in close collaboration with the assigned Sales Manager.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional support across various communication channels.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure smooth and efficient order processing from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate delivery planning, inventory monitoring, and quota management while partnering closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
- Keep customers informed with accurate and proactive updates on order and supply status.
- Support customers with basic sustainability and product-related inquiries, helping them make informed decisions.
About you
You communicate confidently in both French and English and thrive in a customer-focused environment. You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and continuously improving ways of working. You are self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently and in a team while taking ownership of your responsibilities and results. You maintain professionalism, effectiveness and accuracy and co-operation despite pressure. You are team player who collaborates effectively with others and is both sharing and receiving information.
To succeed in the role, you have at least two years of experience in Customer Service within a multinational environment. Experience working with digital service channels is considered an advantage.
