Responsibilities
- Leading by example, managing all front of house tasks and back of house operations
- Inspire and motivate your team fostering ownership and accountability
- KPI's, CRM, After sale, Boutique operations, Reporting
- Work closely with the corporate departments to boost store performances (Retail, Visual Merchandising and Buying)
- Monitor sales data and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals, proposing any business initiatives necessary to reach the allocated budgets
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Management/Floor Management/ Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand
- Demonstrated experience in RTW as well as managing a high level of client experience
- Demonstrated expertise in retail management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, CRM, and clientelling
- Fluent in English and German language
