Area Sales Manager (m / f / x) - FMCG

Our client is one of the leading companies in fruit and vegetable cultivation with approximately 20 employees. We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-oriented individual as an Area Sales Manager (m / f / x) in the Fresh Food industry.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers within the fresh product market
• Develop and implement the company\’s business strategies for growth
• Promote the brand and its product range effectively to customers
• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research and monitor competition
• Track and manage commercial KPIs

Skills

• Previous experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Experience in sales and customer relationship management, particularly in the fresh product market
• Experience in analyzing market trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English and German
