As a working student you will support our Global Talent Acquisition Team in a variety of recruitment activities: scheduling candidates for multiple interviews with hiring managers, updating candidates statuses in our applicant tracking system, following up with candidates in several stages of the selection processes. You will also assist in creating and continuously optimizing the recurrent reports regarding recruitment performance analytics.

• Reviewing and analysis of important KPIs as well as the preparation of reports and presentations for the Talent Acquisition department.
• Contributing to a range of recruitment projects, from employer branding and candidate experience to data-driven recruiting and tool implementation.
• Flexible working hours will allow you to successfully balance your studies and work, expected working hours approximately 20 hours per week.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are an enrolled student in Human Resources, Marketing, Commerce, Business Analytics or similar.
• You are highly motivated, enthusiastic about recruitment and hiring.
• You have strong analytical skills (e.g., Excel), experience with reporting and data analysis is an advantage.
• You like to develop new ideas, have a hands-on mentality, go through the world with open eyes and enjoy working in a team.
• Previous internship experience in a related field will be an advantage, but not a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
