As they scale up to the next level, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join their leadership team and drive the financial strategy forward.

CFO – Chief Financial Officer (m, f, x) Software

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing finance team capable of supporting the company\’s growth objectives.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. SaaS Metric Management, oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (HGB) for internal and external stakeholders. Manage Cashflow, working capital, and liquidity to support the company\’s operations and growth initiatives.
• Controlling: Improve the efficiency of the revenue streams, own the target achievements / quotas / commissions and support building up new revenue streams.
• Capital Allocation: Evaluate capital structure options and recommend appropriate financing strategies to support the company\’s growth plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a fast-growing SaaS.
• Strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills, with a track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership, investors, and external stakeholders.
