Customer Success/Account Manager (m/f/x) – SaaS Software
Location: Munich
Your Responsibilities:
- Account Management: You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of your assigned customers through regular meetings (online and face-to-face), structured account mapping, and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. You will manage the entire sales cycle, utilizing pre-sales resources if necessary.
- Customer Success: You will monitor and maximize customer usage and satisfaction with our solutions, keep customers informed about new product releases and innovations, and ensure they leverage these updates when appropriate. You should be autonomous regarding product knowledge and can utilize consulting resources when needed.
Your Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in developing and expanding customer relationships over the long term
- Strong technology affinity and ability to quickly master business solutions
- Experience in sales and business development, ideally within the technology/SaaS environment
- Good understanding of business processes and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Native-level German language skills (spoken and written); good English skills
