To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and creative individual to join us as a: Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) -- B2B / Pharma / Biopharma Industry Digital Marketing Manager (M/W/D) B2B / Life Science Division Your Responsibilities: Your Responsibilities: * Performance & Web: End-to-end management and optimization of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO (WordPress). * Lead Pipeline: Structured qualification and handoff of marketing leads to our international sales team. * Content: Creation of white papers, case studies, and web content tailored for B2B decision-makers. * Budget & ROI: Ongoing monitoring and tracking of all campaign and event budgets. Your Profile: * Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing--preferably within an industrial, technical, or life sciences background. * Tech Stack: Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, WordPress, and CRM platforms. * Mindset: Strong technical aptitude to translate complex concepts into high-impact content. * Languages: Native or full professional fluency in English (primary working language) alongside strong business-level German. * Project Management: Proven ability to manage budgets, meet complex deadlines, and execute international trade show projects seamlessly.
