Production Responsibility:
Operational management of production and ensuring efficient, stable, and quality-compliant processes.
Capacity & Resource Planning:
Planning, controlling, and optimizing production capacities and resources.
Production Setup & Scaling:
Planning and implementing new production lines and areas, as well as further developing existing production structures.
Cleanroom Production:
Ensuring compliance with cleanroom, quality, and process standards in close coordination with Quality Assurance and Engineering.
Process Optimization:
Analyzing, developing, and standardizing production processes, including KPI monitoring and deriving necessary actions.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Functional leadership, development, and motivation of production and operations teams; working closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project Management.
Your profile
Education:
Degree in Engineering, Production or Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
Experience:
Several years of professional experience in operations or production management, ideally in setting up or scaling production structures.
Expertise:
Solid knowledge of production planning, process management, and quality/production standards.
Languages:
Proficient in both German and English.
Experience in cleanroom environments or regulated industries (e.g., Life Science, Pharma, Automotive).
Experience in implementing standardized production processes.
Experience in leading technical production or operations teams.
