As a Finance Business Partner (m/w/d), you will play a key role in guiding management through financial decision-making by providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations. You will also work on strategic topics contributing to defining the future direction of the unit.
Role Description & Responsibilities
- Provide meaningful guidance to management on financial objectives, expectations, and timelines.
- Provide recommendations on key business decisions and transactions.
- Hold accountability for finance cycle – closing, budget, forecast, etc. – deliverables (both time and quality) within your scope.
- Ensure high levels of compliance and risk management, including the identification and control of all risks for the business.
- Participate in the strategy definition and implementation for the organization you support.
- Help identify business drivers and facilitate decisions related to the allocation of financial resources.
Qualifications
- Master\’s degree in business or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an audit firm, FP&A department of an international corporation, or Management Consulting.
- Good working knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to identify root causes of problems, define scenarios, and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and changing workloads.
- Resilience and stress resistance.
- Excellence in business partnering and facilitation of different perspectives with a result-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
