Job Description

• Organization and technical management of the software team
• Effective deployment of the development team, the development of necessary skills and the optimization of processes in software development
• Responsibility for the backlog and the organization of the team over the sprints
• Ensuring that requirements and acceptance criteria for tickets are clearly defined
• Maintenance of the Scrum board on our Azure DevOps platform
• Communicative interface to all stakeholders in software development
• If time is available, you have the opportunity to get involved as a tester and/or developer

Minimum Requirements

• Practical experience in the work of a product owner
• Experience in development according to the Scrum method
• Confident handling of the Azure DevOps platform
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Self-motivated, structured and independent way of working
• Knowledge of software products and modern software architecture
