Responsibilities
End‑to‑End Technical Delivery : Be responsible for the complete technical delivery of complex AI solutions, personally writing critical code, configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, and guiding junior team members to ensure successful deployment and measurable business impact. Build Transformative AI Solutions : Take primary ownership of designing, developing, and implementing high‑quality, scalable production systems. This includes architecting and deploying complex AI and LLM‑based intelligent agents and automated workflows on the Salesforce platform. Engineer Bespoke Agentic AI Solutions : Work directly with customers to design and build custom intelligent agents on the Agentforce platform, ensuring they meet unique business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing ecosystems. Data Configuration & Integration : Own the entire data lifecycle—from strategic design of data models to building efficient processing pipelines and establishing seamless integration strategies—ensuring data is ready, optimized, and secure for advanced AI applications. Proactively Remove Technical Blockers : Identify, analyze, and resolve the most complex technical challenges during all phases of solution delivery, acting as the ultimate go‑to expert for unblocking progress. Drive Agentforce Innovation : Lead the development of bespoke intelligent agents, automate intricate business processes, and craft intuitive user experiences. Share on‑the‑ground insights to influence future product enhancements and strategic direction. Become a Trusted Strategic Partner : Embed deeply with client teams to understand operational challenges and strategic goals, translating nuanced needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs while building strong relationships as the primary technical advisor. Conduct Deep‑Dive Technical Debugging and Root Cause Analysis : Perform detailed analysis, debugging, and root‑cause identification for complex system interactions, data flows, and AI model behaviors to optimize performance and ensure reliability. Lead Rapid Prototyping and Iteration : Quickly develop proofs‑of‑concept and minimum viable products, coding alongside client teams to demonstrate capabilities and gather feedback for iterative refinement. Implement and Enforce Best Practices : Directly apply and evangelize engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability, serving as a technical role model across all deployed solutions. Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a hands‑on, end‑to‑end delivery role for high‑quality, scalable production solutions in a professional environment. Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline. Expert‑level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex). Extensive hands‑on experience building and deploying solutions with AI/LLM technologies, including integrating LLMs, applying advanced AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), prompt engineering techniques, and experience with agentic frameworks. Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics, with demonstrable proficiency in enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery). Significant direct experience with the Salesforce platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and complex development. Demonstrated entrepreneurship, a "get‑things‑done" attitude, and a focus on fast, impactful delivery, with proven ability to lead technical initiatives. Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead technical engagements, mentor junior team members, and oversee technical aspects of projects. Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, as needed to customer sites. Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform. Experience developing and deploying conversational AI solutions within highly regulated industries. Expert‑level experience with Apex and/or Python coding languages in a professional setting. Prior experience in a customer‑facing, hands‑on technical lead or architect role. Advanced Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect). Deep knowledge across Salesforce CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds). Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC), including complex custom development. Experience contributing to open‑source AI frameworks or libraries.
