Named Account Executive, Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
Location: Switzerland – part of Salesforce’s Enterprise Sales team. Responsibilities
Build, co‑own, and execute comprehensive account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential and develop long‑term strategic partnerships with key customers. Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles – identifying new business opportunities and presenting the value of Salesforce’s full suite of cloud services to C‑level executives and operational decision makers. Collaborate closely with a team of Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Salesforce executives to drive opportunities through to close and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Forecast sales activity and revenue accurately while continuously identifying new senior relationships and business opportunities within existing accounts. Qualifications
Solid track record of solution selling within a global or strategic account setting, with ability to map out and execute complex account plans. Skilled at building and nurturing C‑level relationships, experienced in negotiating complex deals and terms across large enterprise environments. Comfortable leading and motivating cross‑functional teams who do not report directly to you, thriving in a matrixed, fast‑paced organization. Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) and able to engage confidently across all levels of an organization. Preferred Experience
Direct experience selling into the luxury, retail, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Experience positioning both application and platform solutions, familiar with the broader Salesforce product portfolio. Equal Opportunity Employer Statement
