Influencer Coordinator in Berlin

Job Description Savage X Fenty is looking for a highly organized Brand Coordinator to manage, develop and expand our influencer gifting program across all EU markets. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Berlin office, reporting to the Brand Manager for Savage X Fenty in Europe.

What you'll do?

• Manage the EU gifting program: Own the monthly gifting cycle across all EU markets, ensuring briefs, product selections, shipments and content deadlines are coordinated efficiently.
• Expand our creator network: Continuously identify, assess and recruit relevant influencers and micro-influencers, tailoring your approach to each market’s audience, culture and social media landscape.
• Build creator relationships: Act as the main contact for gifting participants, providing clear guidance, timely communication and ongoing support.
• Coordinate product orders and deliveries: Maintain accurate sizing and shipping details, process selections, monitor deliveries and resolve challenges with the relevant internal teams and stakeholders.
• Manage content follow-up: Track posting commitments, proactively follow up on outstanding content and ensure creators follow campaign briefs, brand guidelines, tagging and tracked-link requirements.
• Maintain accurate records: Keep creator databases, order trackers, content records and performance reports up to date.
• Monitor performance: Report on participation, posting rates, content quality, traffic and conversions, using insights to improve creator selection and program results.
• Improve processes: Identify ways to streamline workflows, strengthen communication and grow the program while maintaining quality and reliability.
• Stay informed: Monitor emerging creators, platform trends and competitor gifting activity across EU markets.
• Support the Brand team with ad hoc requests and tasks.

What you can bring?

• Previous internship, placement or initial professional experience in influencer marketing, ideally with hands‑on involvement in a large-scale influencer gifting program.
• A good understanding of influencer and micro‑influencer landscapes across multiple EU markets, including local trends, audience relevance and cultural differences.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to coordinate high volumes of creators, shipments, content deliverables and overlapping deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable follow‑through and a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Initial experience sourcing and assessing creators based on brand fit, audience demographics, content quality and performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive, lasting creator relationships.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, databases and reporting tools; strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ or gifting platforms such as GIFTD is a plus.
• Excellent English; French and/or German language skills are a strong plus.
• A degree in business, communications, marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to fashion, lingerie, beauty or lifestyle brands is preferred, alongside an affinity for Savage X Fenty’s values of confidence and inclusivity.
