Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Leadership – act as CEO of your territory, develop and execute long‑term account plans, orchestrate resources and ensure every customer interaction drives meaningful progress toward transformation goals.
- C‑Level Engagement & Advisory – build deep trust‑based relationships with C‑suite executives and enterprise architects, serving as their primary advisor for a 3–5year horizon.
- AI‑Driven Storytelling – craft tailored narratives, translate AI capabilities into concrete business outcomes and competitive advantages.
- Virtual Team Orchestration – lead and inspire cross‑functional teams of Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, industry experts, and professional services specialists.
- Complex Deal Management – navigate multi‑threaded enterprise sales cycles, maintain pipeline hygiene, deliver accurate forecasts, and manage stakeholder complexity.
- Enterprise Architecture Acumen – engage IT leadership, articulate how the Salesforce platform delivers an AI‑ready, scalable architecture.
- Industry Thought Leadership – act as a credible voice in the Technology & Software sector on AI disruption, trends, and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in enterprise software sales, IT/strategy consulting, or account management, consistently exceeding quota on complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
- Proven ability to sell transformational solutions to large, global enterprise accounts at C‑level.
- AI‑native mindset: deep familiarity with AI, large language models, agentic systems, and excitement about their impact on enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
- World‑class storytelling and presentation skills; ability to present convincingly to senior executives.
- Executive presence and gravitas; credible and influential at C‑suite level.
- Proven project management skills and experience orchestrating large, cross‑functional teams.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
